Wetherledge Rental Rates


Our receptions are held between May and mid October.
We book only one wedding per week.

101-300                     $4500                                         $ 5000 

Rates are for a Five-hour rental. 
These rates are for the site only they do not include a tent or caterer.
The serving of alcoholic beverages is limited to five-hours By State Law. The bar must be an open bar, no cash bars allowed. 
The serving of alcohol must end one-half hour prior to the end of an event. 
When there is a ceremony held on site, the bar may not open until after the ceremony.


A 50% deposit  is required to secure the date (deposits are non-refundable), with the balance due sixty (90) days in advance of the event. The deposit is due with the signed contract, the check may be made payable to Jane Scott.  We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Wedding ceremonies may be held on the property prior to the reception at no additional charge.  For the bride's convenience there is a room and bath available for her use, in the main house.


Wetherledge will provide Venue Coordinators  one per 50 guests @ $25.00 an hour. They will arrive an hour before the event and remain one hour after.  The number of venue coordinators is determined by the size of your reception. 

On availability we can lease the first and second floor  of the main house. 

There are 15 rooms, which include 4 Bedrooms ,Two day beds on the first floor and 3 baths Sleeps 10 Comfortably.  The buyout rate weekly rate for the house is $4500.00 -  $6500.00 per week. We do not lease the house out during weddings, but offer the bride and guests up to four bedrooms for their convenience. There is a nominal charge for this and there is a two night minimum. A continental breakfast is served on the porch for guests of the main house.

Thank You For Not Smoking for it is not allowed in the houses.
